Tipsy Polygons and Quirky Children

We’re back to a mix of school and a little home ed again here from next week. I cannot praise our SENCO enough for his total understanding of ‘quirky’ children and his willingness to think about the individual learner and human being – not the crazed curriculum that the government is forcing upon schools, and the ridiculous obsession with attendance and exam results at the expense of all else.

Most of our home ed Wednesdays will be informal learning and stress busting I think but a bit of formal work will be done. I am looking forward once again to gems like (see odd one out question below):

Him: C

Me: Yep. And can you explain why?

Him: It’s drunk.

I always think of irregular polygons as just a little tipsy now. 😊
